I had a great BBQ sandwich here for lunch the today. It had sliced brisket and hot link with a soft hamburger bun. The fries were very crunchy, well seasoned and delicious. I had a generous amount of food and left very satisfied. I couldn't even finish all of my French fries. Don't listen to the naysayers trying to say it isn't a big enough portion to fill you up. :) No complaints about the service. We had a friendly server. She didn't hover over us which can be very annoying. She filled our drinks as we needed and got us everything we asked for. Get the sweet tea to drink! It's very sweet and refreshing. Can't wait to go back!

Having lived in North Carolina, I have barbecue pretty well under my belt (literally and figuratively). The barbecue sauces were tasty, as were the hot links, but nothing else was spectacular. The service was actually pretty good, but the food was average. We dined with more flies than people in our party, so be ready to protect your food.

This is a regular lunch spot for me. The service here is hit or miss somedays. However, the food here is some of the best BBQ for a chain restaurant. My favorite item on the menu is the dynamite chicken salad. I recommend this place for lunch.

Worst service ever! took over 30 min to just get our drinks and only got a drink order because we hunted down the waitress!!! After we ordered we still did not receive our drinks until we complained to the manager who grabbed the drinks for the table that had just gotten there first!! I could not even tell you how the food was....we walked out!!! Will never go back to this Rib Crib and will only go to the edmond location!!

Meh...if McDonalds or Burger King sold ribs, this is what they'd be like. Best part of the meal was the wet nap. I just don't know how mediocre restaurants like this continue to grow. Is it the influx of new patrons that keep them afloat? It surely can't be from repeat customers.

My brother came for a visit so I took him to Rib Crib for the all you can eat ribs and our service was just as great as the last time I was there. The food was great, except my burger was way to greasy but my brother and son loved the ribs in all of the different flavors and rubs.

Went in about a week ago to place a to go order. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and didn't get any service. No manager on duty and no bartender. I'll never go back. I used to worth the for 2 years, in fact, I opened it. Can't believe it feel apart like it dud after I quit! Shame!

Okay, everybody just calm the bleep down now! You are at Rib Crib! You have made a conscious decision to value quantity over quality, and that's okay. It's not like it's inedible, it's just kind of bland and lower-end meat. Judge your low-end chain BBQ on what it's trying to be and what the numbers with the dollar signs next to them on the menu can justify. If you order all you can eat BBQ ribs for $10ish, or regular old BBQ for $5ish, please try to contain your surprise that it is not high quality. Here's the true problem: They are slow here. Not only that, but the food takes a long time to arrive. Sorry, cheap shot; actually the servers there are very friendly but there's no way you can get in and get out quickly when it comes to the mid-day lunch. It's slow whether or not they are busy, whether or not you beg them to hurry up, whether you special order every aspect of your meal or simply point to an item on the menu at random and grunt. So I'd knock off a star for the slow food and put one back for the friendly service. Just go into it with your eyes open: Slow, mediocre BBQ; but friendly staff and really cheap! Just load up on the sauce and dig in.

We used to love rib crib, and after moving to Midwest city we were pleased to find one nearby. We ate here several times & the food and service were great. Then we went about a month ago. There is a server there named Eric. He was new & his service was sllloooowwww. Our sandwiches were filled with hunks of fat... not meat. To get waited on we had to ask the kitchen staff for help. After complaining to the manager, Eric brought us our to go cups. When we got home & dumped out our drinks, I noticed that one of the cups was filled with pure grease. We talked to the manager the next day & showed her the cup, and all she did was give us a gift card (like we are gonna even attempt to go back?!) Well last night a family member wanted to go eat there, so we decided to give it one more try... And what you ask was the first thing we saw??? None other then Eric. We walked out! I know when you are new you are slow & that's fine, but when a whole area is complaining of cold food and bad service then it's time to move him elsewhere. Not checking dinnerware (plates, cups, silverware) is one sure way to make someone sick, so is being so slow that everyone's food is cold when it reaches the table. I won't be back.

Tuesday night is AYCE night for 10$. I seem to pride myself on being an only girl in a family of boys who can keep up at a buffet. Therefore any all you can eat become a challenge to my ears! I am a new fan to fried okra but theirs was cold and not drained well. The ribs started out great. Perhaps the server knew he wasn't feeling a table of more than four so why bother? My water glass is merely a vessel for lemon wedges glittering against the ice. I got my own water once. The ribs kept coming out hot and somewhat moist. We know how it is when 40 folks want exactly the same thing-NOW. So the meat was as to be expected. The green beans were from a can, potato salad was decent and the baked beans aren't meant to be so full of stuff. It was the company that made the meal and we made it work for us. However I do not recommend bringing out of town guests to this location.

Food was just ok. Every time I eat here even during non peak hours service is slooow. I give the low rating due to the food being bland, and my freshly washed covered in dirt after the lawn crew used their blower to move the dirt on the parking lot on to of my car. Thanks a lot.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful place this is. We've come here several times and have NEVER been disappointed! The staff is friendly and the manager, James, goes out of his way to make sure you have the very best dining experience! The food is great! The service is excellent! The menu is very well priced for the amount of food you get! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who like BBQ and a nice, friendly atmosphere!

When the rib crib in midwest city opened up i went there with my parents during their first weekend. The place was packed so we expected having to wait longer for our food. However my dad ordered the all you can eat ribs, and my mom got something else. I however ordered a simple cheeseburger with a side of coleslaw, and extra pickels. My parents got their food 20 minutes after we ordered while i had to wait over an hour. My parents ate their food and my dad said their coleslaw was the worst he ever had, and finally after 3 times asking when my food was going to get done it finally came. The burger was over cooked, and i only had 2 pickles on my burger, the cole slaw was indeed bad and they tried to appease me by giving me a free oreo sundea however i had to wait another 15 minutes and it was nothing special. We havent been back since.

Odered the "Three Meat Combo" with Ribs, Brisket and Turkey. It's a sad commentary on a BBQ restaurant when the best of the three was the Turkey. The ribs were bland, as if someone forgot the rub and tough. The Brisket was overdone and also had little added flavor. It seemed as if someone wasn't paying close attention to the smoker and let it get too hot. I won't really comment on the sides or the service as they were adequate. All in all, I was very disappointed in the quality of the food served here. I have been coming to Rib Crib for quite a while and will likely just head on down the road from now on.

Food - 4 stars Sauce - 4 stars Service - 3 stars Store Intangibles - 3 stars This is a fairly popular chain barbecue place with decent deals. I personally prefer their 2 meat plate deals whenever they run them. As the name suggests, they are known for their ribs and often have really good deals on them, but I am more a pulled pork fan. I had a sandwich with mild bbq sauce along with fries. I absolutely loved the meat. It was tender and flavorful, without having tons of fat throughout, which can be a problem at some bbq joints. The sauce was delicious too. Just the right blend of sweet and spicy and a perfect complement to the meat. The sandwich came with fries and to be honest, I can barely even remember the fries. They were seasoned...and fairly tasty I think. To be honest, I was much more concerned with the bbq. It definitely isn't the most unique bbq I've had, or the very best...but if you are looking for a solid bbq sandwich at a decent cost, this place will serve your purpose everytime! As for the service and cleanliness, I can't complain. Both were what you have come to expect from dining out at a decently run chain business. The drinks were kept full for the most part, didn't have to wait too long for the food or the orders. The waiter was friendly, perhaps even too much as I am not particularly big on hearing about my server's day, but better to be overly friendly than a jerk. I have no comments about the cleanliness of the place. The decor was typical bbq establishment, nothing too unique or special. I can't comment on the restrooms in this place as I forgot to check them. Overall, a solid dining experience for a decent price.
